An EAS (Empresa por Acciones Simplificadas) is a company form in Paraguay. The opening uses the free standard SUACE statute. The EAS registration (inscripción) is done online in SUACE (Sistema Unificado de Apertura y Cierre de Empresas). A custom statute requires a notary hired and paid separately by the client. The service does not promise approval or a timeline.

EAS registration is online, in SUACE, run by the Ministerio de Industria y Comercio. The shareholders use the government's electronic identity and electronic signature to sign the statute, and the company's RUC needs an in-person signature at the DNIT. We prepare the data and the opening form; registration and timing depend on the agencies.
In general: each shareholder's ID document (Paraguayan cédula, residency document, or passport, depending on the case), the desired company name, the activity, the capital, and the company's address. A foreign shareholder without residency can be a partner but cannot sit on the management. A power of attorney granted outside Paraguay must be apostilled. The exact list is confirmed in the evaluation, based on the SUACE document list.
